Ted Dale joined CFHI’s Board in 2015. He is a co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Aperian Global, providing intercultural training and consulting services and web-based learning applications to more than 250 global organizations. For the past 25 years, Ted has overseen the development of Aperian’s e-Learning modules and online assessments covering a wide range of topics related to global awareness and cultural understanding. In addition to his work at Aperian, Ted has recently started a new organization called OpenGlobe Learning devoted to the creation of online learning tools on global and cultural awareness for young people. Ted was born and raised in Japan, where he spent the first 20 years of his life. He received his B.A. from the University of Colorado in Boulder and his M.A. from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California, where he formerly taught as an adjunct professor.
