Position: Advisory Circle
Emily Miller brings a range of applicable experiences to the CFHI Advisory Circle having worked in global health, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), service learning, and education. She has worked at an international development consulting firm, coordinating an extensive portfolio of indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity M&E contracts for the USAID/Kenya and USAID/East Africa missions evaluting multi-million dollar USG-funded projects for family planning, HIV/AIDS, economic development, and more. She spent four years living abroad, teaching English as a second language in Spain and leading community development trips for international volunteers in Nicaragua. Emily has a Master’s degree in Global Health from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is particularly passionate about amplifying traditionally underrepresented voices in Global Health and shifting the foreign aid paradigm.
