Position: Advisory Circle
Nicole Todd Bailey began working with CFHI as a volunteer in 2002 and joined CFHI’s board in May 2010. As of 2016, she joined the Advisory Circle and is actively consulting with the CFHI staff on a variety of projects related to organizational effectiveness, training curriculums and human resources. Nicole has been working in Silicon Valley since 1997 as a training and development consultant for high tech companies. Most recently, she spent 6 years with Apple Inc. managing their Organizational Development team. Prior to coming to Silicon Valley, Nicole spent 2 years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa. She has a B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School in International Management. She has traveled extensively in Europe, Asia and Africa and now lives in Sunnyvale with her husband and daughter.
